Drawing on more than 25 years of professional experience in the fields of Medicine and Psychology, Alice and Diana have developed an integrative approach designed to help individuals better understand themselves and navigate the complexities of modern life.
Their work has been shaped not only by personal experience but also by years of extensive clinical and professional practice observing the growing impact of stress, pressure, and burnout.
Through this, they identified a recurring pattern: many of the ways we think, respond, and behave are influenced by an internal framework, or “map”, formed through past experiences, and adaptive coping strategies.
While this internal map can help us function and succeed, it can also become outdated or limiting, contributing to feelings of uncertainty, repetition, emotional exhaustion, or disconnection.
Many people find themselves asking:
“Why do I keep returning to the same patterns?”
“Why do I feel stuck despite my efforts to move forward?”
“Why does life sometimes feel more difficult to navigate than it seems for others?”
The Map offers a framework for understanding these patterns with greater clarity, insight, and self-awareness.
Its purpose is not to suggest that people are flawed or broken, but rather to recognise that many of us are operating according to internal systems we have never consciously examined.
Awareness creates the opportunity for change.
Sometimes, the first step forward is learning to update The Map.
